 CostumeCatalog by Total Party will accept returns/exchanges of costumes; please review the important limitations and procedures that must be followed to enable us to keep our prices low.
The last day to initiate a return during October is the 22nd.
Returns Costumes being returned must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the original delivery date. Costumes must be returned in the original packaging in new, un-worn condition, with all accessories and parts, to receive a credit. Credited amount will reflect the price of the costume less a 15% restocking fee; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will need to generate an RMA slip that must be included with the package(s) returned to us. Returns without an RMA authorization will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back via USPS with delivery confirmation, UPS, FedEx or other traceable carrier to ensure proper credit. Click Here to Initiate a Return (RMA Authorization) Exchanges If you need to exchange a costume, no restocking fee will be charged, but all other terms as described above apply. To initiate an exchange, first place an order for the new item as if you are making a new purchase, to insure the item is in stock. Then you will need to return the original item with an RMA-E authorization. After the exhanged item is received and processed you will receive full credit for the price of the original costume.
